1. How do I make a booking? – Reservation can be made online on our website, or sending us a mail on our e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , or by calling our reservation line (+38-067-653-65-65). We recommend calling us for assistance with booking.

2. Is there any kettle, hair-dryer, iron in the room? Yes, there are hair-dryers in every room. If you need a kettle or ironing board, please, inform our housemaid, she will bring it to your room. Also, you can order our laundry service.

3. What types of cards do we accept for payment?- You can pay by debit and credit cards, including American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro.

4. What time can I check in? And what about early check in? – You can check in from 2 pm on your arrival day. If you need to get your room early, please, inform our administrator about it. Guests who have early check in will be charged 50 % of nights stay.

5. What time should I check out? And what about late check-out? – You need to check out till 12 pm. If you want to stay longer, please, inform our administrator about it. Guests who have late checkout will be charged 50% of night stay.

6. Can I leave my luggage in the hotel after check out? – Yes. You may leave your luggage at our administrator’s room.

7. Do you have a parking? – Yes. There is a social parking near our hotel.
