CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND RULES OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL.
APPLICATION FOR RESERVATION
The booking request must contain the following information:
v surname and initials of the Guest
v date of arrival and departure
v time of check-in and check-out
v category and number of rooms
v the country of which the Guest is a citizen
v contact phone number, contact person
v guarantee and type of payment
v special conditions of accommodation.
Legal entities, indicate the details (full name, legal and actual addresses, bank details).
The booking request can be sent to the hotel by email, or directly submitted to the hotel's accommodation and booking department.
WAYS OF PAYMENT
The settlement currency is Ukrainian hryvnia.
Form of payment - cash and non-cash payment, terminal.
Payment for accommodation can be made in any way that is preferable for our Guest.
The following payment options are provided for individual Guests:
v in cash upon check-in;
v Visa / MasterCard when booking on the website;
v depositing money to the current account;
For legal entities, the following payment options are provided:
depositing money to the current account of the VAT payer. To receive a complete package of documents, you must provide the following:
v a copy of the certificate of state registration;
v a copy of the VAT payer certificate (if any)
v depositing money to the settlement account of the single tax payer with the provision of a full package of documents.
RULES OF ARRIVAL OF GUESTS AND CHECK-IN HOUR
For hotel accommodation, you need to provide the hotel administrator with a document proving your identity:
v passport or driver's license / for citizens of Ukraine /
v passport and visa for the right to stay in Ukraine / for foreign citizens /
v birth certificate / for minors under 16 years old /
Check-in time: after 14:00
Check-out time: before 12:00
v Room extension after the first day of stay is possible for at least 0.5 days.
When extending the stay from 14.00 to 18:00 hours of the current day, a payment of 50% of the room rate per day will be charged.
If it is necessary to extend the stay at the Hotel, the Guest can contact the Hotel administrator 2 hours before checkout time. If there are free places in the Hotel, the period of stay can be extended.
v Additional services are provided to Guests for a fee. Information about the list and cost of Additional Services is provided by the hotel administrator.
Free accommodation for children under 10 years old in a room with their parents without extra bed.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
Room reservations can be canceled no later than 24 hours before the arrival date. Dates of stay (check-in and check-out) can be changed no later than 24 hours before the estimated time of the check-in date specified in the preliminary booking request. If the booking is canceled later than 24 hours before the estimated time of the arrival date of the Guest, in case of non-arrival of the Guest, in case of departure of the Guest earlier than the date specified in the preliminary booking, the hotel imposes penalties in the amount of the cost of the room for one day.
