Booking Application
To make a reservation, you must submit an application containing the following data:
- Guest’s last name and initials
- Dates of arrival and departure
- Time of check-in and check-out
- Category and number of rooms
- Guest’s country of citizenship
- Contact phone number and contact person
- Guarantee method and payment type
- Special accommodation conditions (if any)
If the reservation is made by a
legal entity, the application must additionally indicate:
- Full name of the organization
- Legal and actual addresses
- Bank details
- Signature of the manager and company seal
The application can be sent to the
hotel email address or submitted directly to the accommodation and reservations department.
