Terms and conditions

To check in at the hotel, you must provide the administrator with an identification document:

• Passport or driver’s license – for citizens of Ukraine
• Passport and visa for the right to stay in Ukraine – for foreign citizens
• Birth certificate – for minors under 16 years of age

During check-in, the administrator gives the guest an electronic key to enter the hotel and a room key. On the day of check-out, the guest is required to return the keys to the administrator or leave them at the security post on the first floor.

Cancellation of reservation

A reservation can be cancelled without penalty no later than 24 hours before the check-in date. Changing the dates of stay (dates of arrival or departure) is also possible no later than 24 hours before the estimated time of arrival or departure specified in the booking application. In the event of:

• cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival,
• no-show of the guest,
• or early departure,

the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty in the amount of the cost of one night’s stay.
